Devising a systematic intervention program that aims to create a social climate that reduces violence and encourages dialogue, also aimed at dealing with the phenomena of bullying and harassment. The program emphasizes on personal empowerment built to strengthen each trainee, increasing their confidence and allowing them to improve inappropriate behavior.
